Collecting data is only part of the truth. Processing it, presenting it in an adequate manner, and distributing it on time is at least as important.

To achieve all of the above Adcon has subjected it's popular and widespread software package addVANTAGE Professional to a complete overhaul. It is now more user friendly than ever.

Based on addVANTAGE Pro 5 a whole series of add-on's is available, each of which addresses a particular requirement. There is for example a large number of agricultural models, which help the farmer to take better decisions. There is the export filter A2A, creating ASCII files needed to re-import addVANTAGE Pro data in third party applications.

But addVANTAGE Pro is no longer a stand-alone product. Several other manufacturers of hard- and software have decided to interface their products with addVANTAGE Pro. OTT Hydrometry of Germany, leading manufacturer of products for hydrographical applications, is interfacing it's popular Hydras 3 software with addVANTAGE Pro. Our distribution partner Pfenning in Germany has connected the austrian-made SCADA system PVSS-II via OPC to Pro. Australian based Sentek, world renowned manufacturer of soil moisture probes, has written an import filter to feed it's own IrriMAX software with data from addVANTAGE Pro. And there will be more to follow!
